Belzon performs Earned Value Management System (EVMS) support to establish a baseline plan for performance management during the execution phases of a project or program.
Earned value management analysis provides clients with a balance of management oversight for technical (performance), cost (resources), and schedule (time) program factors.
EVM also generates cost and schedule information in a different way than traditional schedules and cost reports.
